Sergio provided exceptional assistance in completing some final move out cleaning for me, for which I am immensely grateful. However, the booking process through the app could be improved. Despite receiving confirmation of my booking, when I contacted them, I was informed that they did not receive the notification. Though they were kind enough to reschedule for me first thing the following morning, I believe confirming my booking via text earlier would prevent the need for additional rescheduling in the future.
