We are extremely dissatisfied with the outcome of our bathroom renovation due to numerous miscommunications. As a result, we are now forced to seek out a plumber for our brand new bathroom that we can't even use. To say we are unhappy is an understatement. While Sergey is a nice guy, we cannot recommend his team or services in the future. We strongly suggest that they focus on meeting customer expectations rather than rushing through the job. Unfortunately, the toilet paper holder is off center and positioned 20 feet away from the toilet. The shower rod was incorrectly drilled into expensive new tile and the newly installed floating floor is not level. Our floors have been covered in a fine layer of dust and we are frustrated that they didn't take the necessary precautions to keep the newly installed tile clean. We are disappointed that we now have to spend additional money to fix the work that was done incorrectly after already spending thousands. Despite our frustration, we will move on and work to find a solution to these issues.

Our bathroom tile, vanity, and toilet were expertly replaced by Serg and his team. They accommodated our request promptly and we are thoroughly satisfied with the results. Additionally, they exhibited great consideration for our newborn son by adhering to our mask protocol.

Serge and his team did an exceptional job repurposing my attic into a bedroom for my home, and I cannot speak highly enough of their work. Right from the outset, communication was prompt, detailed, and conducted in a professional manner. I forwarded Serge some pictures of the space beforehand, which he thoroughly examined to offer suggestions. He came to my house to give an estimate, and rapidly delivered it through email. The work was finished within the stipulated time frame (even before!), and the finished result was nothing short of remarkable. I enthusiastically anticipate partnering with them again!

Our kitchen tile backsplash installation was an absolute delight thanks to Serge! We are now able to use the under cabinet lighting that he installed frequently. We, as a couple, couldn't be more pleased with the outcome!
