Serenity Bloom, our Day of Wedding Coordinator, made my experience as the Mother of the Bride seamless and stress-free. Serena went above and beyond, initiating her services weeks prior to the wedding day. She contacted each vendor, ensuring they were fully prepared, and toured the venue in advance to verify everything was in order. At the rehearsal, Serena spearheaded the organization and made certain all participants were on the same page. She even facilitated the transportation of our props and other items to mitigate any undue concern. Any requests I had were immediately accommodated without hesitation. Upon completion of the event, all items were packed and safely stored for transport. Serena's meticulous planning allowed me to fully relish in the enjoyment of my daughter's wedding weekend. The bride is undoubtedly equally grateful for Serena's dedication.

Serena is an exceptional individual! From the outset, it was evident that Serena was devoted to her work and prepared for any challenge! Upon meeting her, she promptly assisted me in organizing my affairs using her fantastic wedding workbook. The wedding timeline was one of the few things that induced stress for me, but Serena adeptly tackled it and returned it to me for approval on the same day! On the day of the ceremony, I was entirely present, and Serena expertly handled numerous issues that I was not aware of until later, including a few hiccups with the DJ that she resolved immediately!
