Sadly, the only battle was with the constant billing that left me with little or no results. The case has been wrapped up for a few weeks now and I tend to ramble, so it's hard to put my gratitude into words. However, I must commend Attorney Moscatel for his exceptional service. He listened to me attentively and provided valuable feedback. He treated me like a human being and not just a source of income, which is a rare quality to find in attorneys. Court proceedings can be tedious, lengthy, and expensive, and being a defendant in a custody and divorce case was especially daunting. But Attorney Moscatel had only one week to prepare for the trial, and he worked diligently with me even late into the night, to ensure that I was coached on how to present myself properly. I still refer people to this law firm even though my case is over, and I am forever grateful to them for securing full legal and physical custody of my children and finalizing my divorce on the same day. I originally reached out to this firm for a Probate matter and spoke with Attorney Greg Moscatol. He was very understanding of my situation and answered my calls promptly with helpful advice and different options. As a male, walking into a Probate matter can be uncomfortable, but Attorney Moscatel made sure I was well-informed and prepared for the proceedings. This firm truly respects their clients and treats them with care, and I highly recommend them.

Mr. Waller is an exceptional lawyer. He allows ample time for you to present your case and provides clear guidance on the best course of action based on the specifics of your situation. While I've consulted with various attorneys in the past, none have matched his level of expertise. Although he has not yet finished working on my case, I have high expectations for his performance.
