Their work was impressive! Although, I had one reservation regarding the language barrier. Since I had never experienced an in-house grooming service before, it would have been reassuring to have a conversation with someone about the process and to ensure that my dog was in good hands.
Despite that, they delivered an amazing job. My dog was so matted that they had to shave her down. However, they managed to preserve some fluffy parts and remove the tangles. Now, she feels incredibly soft! I am thrilled with their work.
