Description:

Upon graduating with honors from Universal Therapeutics Massage Institute in Albuquerque, NM in 2016, Ben Howell went on to work with professional athletes from the Isotopes, Gladiators, and Uniteds. As a Medically Certified massage therapist, he is highly skilled in various modalities such as acupressure, trigger point release, TMJ relief, and headache relief therapies.

Ben's journey as a massage therapist began in 2012 when he sustained a severe injury while playing semi-professional soccer, causing him to tear every ligament in his knees. Despite being told that he would never walk again, he committed himself to a rigorous physical rehabilitation program and received exceptional care from physical therapists, chiropractors, doctors, and massage therapists, which ultimately led to his full recovery over three years.

Motivated by this experience, Ben found his passion and purpose in life and became specialized in deep tissue massage. He focuses on not only providing immediate relief but also addressing underlying issues to ensure lasting results. Ben has a slow and thorough approach, paying close attention to problem areas and adjusting his focus accordingly to optimize the massage experience for each client.

In his personal life, Ben enjoys hiking and is a strong advocate for the great outdoors. He is married with two lovely daughters and finds immense joy in helping others.
