Second Generation Pools

This review is long overdue - by 2 years to be exact! I just have to say that working with Second Generation Pools has been absolutely wonderful. They've been doing a fantastic job cleaning the pool at my second home for the past two years. Even though I live out of state, they keep me informed if anything needs to be addressed. I highly recommend them - they are truly amazing!

We have used Second Generation for winterizing our pool twice now, and we plan on continuing to use their services. Their communication is excellent, they always show up on time, and they clearly take pride in their work!

Stacey and his son Adam were amazing. Stacey demonstrated exceptional responsiveness, always getting back to me within a span of 10 to 15 minutes. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The duo did an outstanding job of removing debris from my pool, as well as cleaning the edges. They went the extra mile by taking off the cover, clearing away the leaves, and blowing off the leaves from my patio without imposing any additional charges. I will undoubtedly hire them again!

After neglecting our pool for several weeks, it had fallen into disrepair. The water was unclean, out of balance, and in a generally sorry state. However, upon reaching out for assistance, I received a prompt and enthusiastic response. Happily, in no time at all, the pool was returned to its former glory, putting a smile on my face. I now anticipate a continued and positive association.

The job was impressive in every way. The communication was exceptional from the start to the finish. The team arrived before time and put in their best effort to complete the task. They did phenomenal work, tidied up everything, and the results were marvelous. I wouldn't hesitate to contact them again for pool maintenance, service, or repair!
