SeaTown undertook three significant projects for me concurrently, which included replacing the tankless system, executing an interior repipe, and installing a new 1 inch line from the city feed. The teams handling each task were prompt and conducted themselves professionally. Though their rates were not inexpensive, their "instant bid" system ensured that prices were relatively standardized, and the quality of their work was exceptional. Additionally, Manu of the exterior crew saved the day during the connection to the city, while Jake, who was in charge of the interior work, was reliable and forthright about any complications they encountered.

We engaged the services of a company to carry out electrical and plumbing work for our kitchen renovation. The team that worked on the project were not only proficient and courteous - everyone was also enamored with our cherished French Bulldog, Blue. To our pleasant surprise, they returned to rectify some minor issues post-completion without charging us anything. Initially, I was concerned that the time taken to schedule the first appointment was indicative of a prolonged lead time for any follow-up work.
