Upon my request, Evelin promptly responded and Jose arrived early on the following day to offer an estimate. As my cats had damaged certain areas, I required the entire 2nd floor carpet to be re-stretched and repaired. Upon reviewing the job, Jose assured me that he could commence immediately. Within a period of 2 hours, he completed the task and the end result looked fantastic! Additionally, he even managed to re-stretch the stairs, which was initially deemed uncertain based on the initial pictures.
