Fernando has been employed by me to fix a roof leak that has taken place in the vent pipe boot vicinity. He was prompt in identifying the issue and fashioned a patch for it. After which, he coated the patch with paint that matched the color of my roof/pipes. Everything seems to be in order as there have been no leaks even after a few days of rainfall, and the patch appears to be of excellent quality. However, I will keep a watchful eye during more torrential downpours.
