Whenever I need electronic repairs, I turn to SD Bytes. Recently, the charger tip of my iPad got snapped off in its charging port. Shannon, the expert technician at SD Bytes, put in a lot of effort to remove the tip, but unfortunately, it wouldn't come off. Shannon then sent it to their Apple product repair specialist, who resolved the issue quickly. Throughout the process, SD Bytes kept me well-informed, displaying professionalism and fairness that I deeply appreciate. I'm sure had I gone to an Apple store, I would have paid double the price. I extend my gratitude to SD Bytes and Shannon for their help.
