As requested, I scheduled the appointment online three days in advance. However, the professional informed me on the night before that he couldn't make it. When I asked if Monday would work, he agreed. He then requested a 50% deposit, which I assumed was due upon arrival. However, it turned out he meant it was necessary to secure scheduling. Why wasn't this mentioned in the price quote? It would have been fair if it had been. Additionally, how can anyone guarantee they will arrive on time? Even if this had been stated in the description, I might not have been okay with it, especially since the first scheduled date was canceled without any warning. I now realize he has his own rules, which wasted my time when I could have scheduled with someone else.
