Chawn's service is exceptional. She devotes quality time to acquaint herself with your beloved pets before rendering her services. Her responsiveness is top-notch, and she displays a high level of concern for your pets, almost equivalent to yours. She frequently updates you with pictures and affirmations of their wellbeing. As a retired couple, we had planned a month-long excursion in Europe a year in advance. However, trouble struck when our pet sitter relocated. But, thanks to Folsom Chat, we found Chawn to care for our beloved 4lb Yorkie and elderly cat. Despite our unease with being away for an extended period of time, we were comforted by Chawn's experience with smaller breeds, having previously owned Yorkies.
Chawn proved to be an excellent communicator as she regularly updated us on how things were going with our furry friends through pictures and messages. This allowed us to relax and not worry about their well-being.
Upon returning home, we were pleasantly surprised to find our house in pristine condition, as if no one had ever been there. Chawn was punctual, reliable, and trustworthy, making her an ideal choice for any future pet sitting needs. We highly recommend her services to others.

Scheurer Pet and House Sitting provided me with an exceptional experience. Chawn comes highly recommended for her outstanding care of my mixed terrier, Ray. As a 10 week old puppy, Ray needed much love and attention, which Chawn provided with utmost care and concern. I had great peace of mind knowing my precious pet was in Chawn's hands. Not only did she offer excellent potty and crate training tips, but she also sent numerous photos of Ray throughout my absence. Upon my return, my home was immaculate, and Ray was vibrant and cheerful. Chawn proved to be punctual, responsive, and highly organized, her affection for animals apparent from our initial meeting. I felt completely comfortable entrusting her with Ray's care, and I will undoubtedly employ her services for my future excursions.
