Due to an in-grown hair emergency, I sought urgent assistance and Susan persuaded me to purchase two services as a means of incentivizing her commute to my location. Consequently, I purchased the in-grown hair treatment, otherwise known as a vagacial, and a facial, both paid for immediately via Zelle. Susan arrived and performed the in-grown hair treatment, but subsequently cancelled the facial on four occasions. Following this, I reached out to request a refund, but was informed that refunds were not possible and furthermore, that she did not have the funds to do so. Regrettably, I am now out $164 as a result of this sham. I advise others to avoid this business.
