His estimate was comprehensive, meticulous, informed, and reasonably priced. Although my property offer was surpassed by another bidder, if the opportunity had arisen, I would have undoubtedly engaged Shawn and his team. Their remarkable expertise in the systematic renovation and rehabilitation of an arduous project would have resulted in a greatly improved, functional, and livable home upon completion.
