Our 1st Family photo session was excellently handled by Zach. He was extremely responsive to my messages and addressed my concerns regarding the weather in a timely manner. Due to the incessant rain in Austin throughout the month of March, we had to move the photo shoot several times, and Zach was very patient with us. For Christmas, we purchased a portrait package that offered complete flexibility when it came to scheduling and rescheduling.
