Michael's response was incredibly prompt. Within a few minutes of submitting my request, he gave me a call. As I needed my 85" Samsung frame TV installed as soon as possible, he even managed to make it on a weekend - Saturday, precisely. The entire process, from submitting the request to having the TV mounted on the wall, took just two hours, which is truly impressive. He did an excellent job!

Michael's work impressed me greatly. I am grateful for his willingness to conceal the TV power cord behind the drywall and neatly fasten all the cables behind the TV, something I struggled with on my own. He displayed excellent communication, punctuality, and professionalism throughout. The only drawbacks were that he accidentally snapped one of the bolt heads, and left some refuse in the empty box from the TV bracket. Excluding those minor setbacks, I would undoubtedly rate his performance at five stars!
