My name is Sara B, and I am trained in USUI Holy Fire III Reiki in levels I, II, and Master. I am passionate about helping you by healing and releasing whatever holds you back spiritually, emotionally, and physically.

I offer various single-session and package choices.
During the session, I will begin by discussing your intentions for the first 5 to 10 minutes on Google Meet. Following that, I'll provide binaural beats, and we will go through a guided meditation for deep relaxation. Then, you will experience 20-30 minutes of energy healing, and you may feel temperature changes, tingles, pressure, or nothing at all. I will then slowly bring you out of your relaxed state and spend the remaining time chatting about any insights or tangible tools as required.

Although I have always been interested in naturopathic and homeopathic alternatives, I had never delved into energy healing until my first experience with Sara. I had booked the session for my nine-month-old son, Oliver, who had been experiencing inexplicable digestive issues since birth.
