The installation was scheduled a few weeks later with a morning or afternoon arrival window, and we chose the morning option. The installers arrived promptly at 9 am and finished within 5 hours - they were courteous and respectful of being in our home, leaving it neat and clean before departing. The next day, we received our invoice via email and paid it online with absolute ease. We are still awaiting installation and therefore, work is not completed yet.
