The work was completed astonishingly quickly and the level of craftsmanship is exceptional. The design of the countertop is absolutely stunning. However, better communication would have been appreciated as there was considerable back-and-forth, though I acknowledge my own role in this due to my demanding work schedule. They were accommodating and flexible when it came to scheduling. Pricing was reasonable. The only downside would be a damaged piece on the backsplash. Despite this, they successfully installed a full quartz counter and backsplash, and even assisted me in arranging for a plumber to install the sink.

What an exceptional, efficient and skilled team! I requested an estimation and the very next day they sent someone over and got the job done the following day. I am extremely satisfied with their work and will definitely be contacting them again for my next vacation rental property. Thank you very much for everything!

The service and performance from CrackerJack were absolutely exceptional. As a first-time customer needing to install my $20k Diamond Diva cabinets, I was impressed with Sanford Granite (also known as Handmade Cabinets) during our phone conversation. However, I remained slightly apprehensive as the installation was contracted over the phone. Yet, they delivered in every way possible. Their demeanor was courteous, and their equipment was well-organized and efficient. The installation was top-notch and exemplary. I can't praise them enough and I certainly will show my appreciation by recommending them to anyone seeking a cabinet installer. It's worth noting that they also build custom cabinets and other carpentry such as entertainment centers and closets. Rest assured that if you use their services, they will exceed your expectations.

At Sanford Granite, we went countertop shopping, and that is where we met with Hani. He was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful when it came to their products. Based on Hani's recommendation, we went ahead and purchased a single, deep composite sink, and everything measured and installed perfectly. Additionally, Hani supplied us with a faucet, which meant we could tackle the whole project in one place. We were impressed with their professionalism and quick response throughout the process.
