As a result of the Covid-19 pandemic, we had to reduce the size of our wedding and opted to engage a private chef in place of a catering company. Considering the significance of the occasion, we conducted extensive research to ensure that the food would leave a lasting impression. Choosing Chef Christophe was an excellent decision! He collaborated with us to provide two main course alternatives that suited our guests' preferences and was amenable to making any necessary adjustments. He also took meticulous note of our dietary constraints and tailored the menu accordingly. The portions were generous enough to leave us satiated but not overwhelmed, allowing us to dance with ease. Everyone couldn't stop praising the exceptional culinary delights. With the inclusion of a helpful server who served our meals, kept our glasses filled, and assisted us with the cake cutting, the evening was nothing short of perfect. We are eternally grateful to Chef Christophe for the memorable experience.

We engaged Christophe to cater our daughter's nuptials not too long ago. Collaborating with him, we came up with a menu that would not only appeal to all our guests but also leave them craving for more. Christophe arrived ahead of time to get everything set up, preparing the vegetables freshly and availing a courteous young man to do the serving throughout the evening. The food was nothing short of phenomenal! Most of our guests helped themselves to seconds and thirds! The dishes were not only piping hot but also incredibly flavorful and satisfying! Our guests could not stop talking about the food and were interested in knowing where we had gotten our caterer. I was more than pleased to refer them to Christophe. He and his assistant were consummate professionals, personable, and on-point with timing. The cost was also more than reasonable. Given the current pandemic, they both were thorough in taking the necessary precautions to ensure our guests' safety. Christophe's culinary skills are simply unbeatable! I ardently endorse him for any event, anytime!

Chef Christophe was fantastic! He presented us with a delectable surf and turf four-course meal, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Moreover, he exhibited great adaptability and was very cooperative in the lead-up to the gathering.
