For 27 years, my expertise as a carpenter has been mainly focused on remodeling and renovations. Over the last decade, I've broadened my skill set by working alongside house flippers which enabled me to gain proficiency in flooring, light electrical, drywall repair, light plumbing, tiling, and painting. As someone who mostly works alone, I have ample experience in both interior and exterior trim work, and I can ensure that the quality of job is top-notch while delivering within the set time-frame.
For me, part of the joy of doing renovation or handyman projects lies in the creative process. I find fulfillment in seeing the finished product and knowing that I contributed to problem-solving or making significant improvements. The satisfaction of being able to say, "I made that" is always a great feeling.

The quality of Dan's work is fantastic! I had four posts on my back patio that needed to be wrapped with cypress and Dan did an incredible job with it. I was particularly impressed when he hand routed all the trim. The end result looks amazing. Photos of the before and after are included.
