It had been more than 15 years since the piano had been tuned. After conducting a brief assessment, Mr. Hess informed me that a pitch raise was necessary, which was not surprising. Without delay, he commenced his work and completed it within two hours. He promised to remind me of the tuning schedule every year. I am extremely satisfied with his service.
