We have a minimum fee of $99 for any service.

AIR DUCT CLEANING:
Our air duct cleaning service includes removing registers, cleaning and disinfecting them, and cleaning each plenum and arm of the HVAC system with our Rotobrush HEPA vacuum. We do not clean ducts from attics or cut into plenum boxes. Our service includes a natural EPA registered, hospital-grade disinfectant fog to kill mold, mildew, and viruses. Prices start at $199 for up to 10 vents and $20 for additional vents.

DRYER VENT CLEANING:
We use a rotator brush to clean your dryer vent from the bottom to the top. Prices start at $99 for horizontal vents and $149 for vertical vents.

CARPET CLEANING:
Our carpet cleaning service includes deep cleaning, deodorizing, disinfecting, stain removal, and Scotch Guard with our Kwik Dry Natural Solutions. We do not charge extra for stain removal. Prices start at $99 for the first 2 rooms with additional charges for oversized or L-shaped rooms, additional rooms, stairs, stair landings, walk-in closets, and area rugs.

UPHOLSTERY CLEANING:
Our upholstery cleaning service includes cleaning, deodorizing, disinfecting, and protecting with our Kwik Dry Natural Solutions. Prices start at $95 for a full-size sofa.

TILE & GROUT CLEANING:
Our tile and grout cleaning service includes deep cleaning and sanitizing. Prices start at $99 for the first 2 areas or up to 200 sq. ft.

GROUT SEALING:
We offer clear and color sealing for grout. Prices start at $0.25/sq. ft. for clear sealing and $1/sq. ft. for color sealing, with additional charges for cleaning.

MATTRESS CLEANING:
Our mattress cleaning service prices start at $79 for a twin sized bed/toddler beds and go up to $119 for a king size bed with an additional cost for cleaning the second side.
