In general, both tasks were completed. The first task consisted of a patch being placed on a water damage hole in the ceiling, which measured roughly 1ft x 2ft. The second task involved the installation of a ceiling fan in the bedroom. On the day of the ceiling fan installation, Samuel arrived and asked if I had the necessary electrical cable and box for the installation process. This was not something we had discussed the day prior, and we had already agreed upon a set fee for the job. Despite having agreed upon payment previously, Samuel insisted that I would have to pay extra for the materials. This was concerning as there had been no previous mention of additional costs. After some back and forth, Samuel eventually went to Home Depot to buy the materials himself and returned an hour later with a bill for $35.69. At some point during the installation process, Samuel claimed that the ceiling fan had been successfully installed. However, upon inspecting the fan, I realized that it was missing a cover. Samuel told me that there was no cover included in the box and it couldn't be returned to Home Depot due to being fully installed. Cleaning up the debris was another issue. Samuel had to be prompted several times to clean up, and I ended up cleaning some of the debris myself while he was still present in my home. Regarding the painting, Samuel had initially stated that he would only paint the areas he worked on. I informed him that I had some paint for the walls, but he insisted that the colors would not match. Nonetheless, he used the paint provided for the job but failed to complete it properly. I had to paint both the ceiling area and wall myself a few days afterward.

The team executed an impressive task of enlarging the door and affixing a brand new one. Their addition of painting as a complimentary service is much appreciated. I would definitely endorse their work.

After visiting the space, Samuel and his team swiftly responded and provided an impeccable estimate. Within a single afternoon, he repainted a room and installed a new lights fixture/fan combo with great efficiency.

Samuel exhibited punctuality and remarkable responsiveness throughout the entire process. He ensured that the work was executed meticulously and even devoted additional time to guarantee the outcome was satisfactory. Our shower leakage was fixed, and our ceiling was patched effortlessly. His professionalism was top-notch, and he did an exceptional job. Without reservation, we highly recommend him to anyone.

For his first time utilizing their service, Samuel did an impressive job. I initially booked for a four-hour period to evaluate the company, but I regret not reserving more time because the service was exceptional. Overall, I am impressed with the service and plan to use the company again in the future.
