Our store, which is filled with expensive antiques and furnishings, was saved thanks to his expertise. We couldn't have been more satisfied with his work. Even after a heavy rain, our store remained completely dry! It's nerve-wracking to call a stranger in the middle of the night, but Sebastian was incredibly transparent and professional, making the whole experience much less stressful. He even sent videos and photos to show us the issues and the repairs he made. We will definitely keep his number on speed dial, although we may never need him again now that everything is repaired!
