This company is highly unreliable in terms of lawn care. They do not attend to cutting the grass on time, and require constant reminders to do so. Even when they assure you that they will attend to the task, they delay the process for over a week, and then finally cite equipment failure as the reason for not attending to the task. Overall, their management of business operations is atrocious.

Sammy performed exceptionally well on the task I assigned him for this project. He demonstrates a high level of fairness and strives to reduce expenses. I have already hired him again for another project, and I intend to continue working with him in the future. He is both diligent and intelligent.
