I provide personal training for men and women and specialize in the following areas: Strength Training, Bodybuilding, Cardiovascular Conditioning, Weight Loss, and Assistance in Sports Injuries. Currently, I am situated in Bergen County, New Jersey, specifically Englewood. If my clients prefer to be trained at their homes, I can provide my services at the same rate as long as the location is within a 20-minute or 10-mile radius.
