Although I was initially pleased with the completion of the walls, upon closer inspection, I noticed several areas that could have been done better. One of the areas where the ceiling was completely redone had a gap that didn't meet the beam, and the light fixture was left unrepaired despite being told it was fixed. Some places were filled with plaster up to the beam, while others were not, and I'm not sure why they didn't complete it entirely. However, where I required perfection, they did a good job, and the walls look as if they have always been there. The second day appeared to be a rush job since not much was accomplished on the first day that the worker did not have help, and on the second day, I believe they had distractions like the game on Sunday. I paid cash, and since there was no change, I will make a mental note to carry the exact amount in the future. Additionally, they left three bags of trash in my house, which were mine, and didn't bother to empty the garbage can without placing a bag. I had to clean up their mess even after paying $1,500, which left me unhappy. Sometimes it feels like we women are mistreated, and I believe a man would have handled the situation differently. Although he offered to fix the light fixture, I decided to complete it myself as I had lost confidence in their work.

Joe from JET Plastering was hired to replace around 72 square feet of ceiling that was damaged by a roof leak. His punctuality was impressive as he arrived 15 minutes early every day. The job he did was fantastic and he stuck to the initial quote. The overall experience was delightful, and I plan to hire him again. I have attached pictures, but I need to wait for a week before painting.
