It is important to note that we signed up for regular service. Though we phoned a week ago to schedule a retreatment and were promised a follow-up call, we had to call again today. Unsurprisingly, we received another promise of a prompt callback that never came. This lack of communication is unacceptable, particularly given that we undoubtedly will be invoiced punctually every other month.
