The service was incredibly fast and effortless. They managed to diagnose the issue via phone and repaired it promptly after obtaining the required components. Out of all five options, I would select them all! My experience with my laptop was quite unique. I had purchased a Microsoft Surface 3 in the late June-early July timeframe. Unfortunately, within the first month of owning it, the laptop fell causing significant damage to the bottom right corner. Although there was visible damage, the laptop still functioned properly. Towards the end of August, I noticed a flicker on my screen, despite no visible damage. After several unsuccessful phone calls for assistance, I was informed that only Microsoft could fix the issue. Unwilling to accept this answer, I continued my search and was referred to Jason at IPCS. Jason examined the laptop and confirmed that he was unable to fix it. Microsoft initially declined to help me due to the physical damage, but Jason took the time to request my receipts and provided the necessary information to Microsoft. Soon after, they accepted the laptop and discovered a factory issue which warranted a replacement. Jason displayed an incredible level of commitment and successfully got me a new laptop which allowed me to resume my regular activities. Without his hard work, I would have been forced to purchase an expensive repair or a brand new device. I strongly recommend IPCS and will use their services in the future.

Jason is an exceptional individual! His work ethic is remarkable, and he possesses a delightful personality coupled with an extensive knowledge base. He went above and beyond to ensure that everything was fixed to my satisfaction. I intend to keep using his services indefinitely - he's truly a gem!
