My request was promptly answered by Matt, who responded in under ten (10) minutes while CrackerJack took four (4) hours. After I dropped off my computer, Matt sent me a text the next morning detailing the problem and potential solutions for data recovery. Due to my unavailability, we rescheduled the pick up for the following day. Though the default price for a PC boot repair was relatively high, I ended up being charged only half of what I had expected – a pleasant surprise. I will definitely return to Preferred Computer Solutions in the future if my computer ever experiences issues beyond my expertise.
