The workers were highly professional and conscientious. I trusted them completely to carry out the task on their own without any need for supervision. However, it is important to personally inspect the vents at the end of the job to ensure their proper reinstallation and complete satisfaction.

The team completed the job with great efficiency, finishing in less than two hours and taking care to wear masks and shoe coverings. However, I was disappointed that they did not provide me with before and after pictures, as I was curious about the amount of dirt, dust, and hair that was removed from my air ducts. Apparently, I needed to request these pictures before the job began, which was not communicated to me. Other companies typically offer this service to satisfy their customers. Unfortunately, I was unable to inspect the dirt myself as it was collected in their truck. When I asked one of the crew members about the dirtiness of the ducts, they simply stated that it was "a little dirty." Despite this, I would still recommend this company due to their efficiency and affordability.
