Although I was impressed with Brian's professionalism and comprehensive knowledge, I regret that I can only give 3 stars. This is due to the lack of pricing transparency. As a new business owner seeking advice about taxes, I had very basic questions but was given a quote of $80 and instructed to send through my questions. After the session, I received an invoice for $160 which included additional charges for research time. Despite having been informed that Brian charged $80 an hour, nowhere in his profile did it indicate that he charged for research time. This experience has left me feeling skeptical about working with this company in the future as I cannot be sure of the final cost of the services provided. While the session was valuable, it is important to obtain a clear estimate of the total cost of the project before engaging in any services.

Notably, he consistently strives to find cost-saving opportunities. Every two weeks, when he reviews our accounts and issues payments, he makes an invaluable impact on our non-profit organization. In sum, Brian is an outstanding resource and an indispensable asset to our team.
