Stephanie provided exemplary CPR and first aid training in unique conditions. She demonstrated adaptability by accommodating our Tall Ship's equipment, schedule and environment. Stephanie provided us with personalized CPR training at our residence for my grandmother, husband, and myself. She brought along all the necessary training equipment such as Red Cross manuals and videos, adult dummies and baby dolls, AEDs and CPR barrier devices. Despite frequent disruptions from our energetic toddler, Stephanie remained patient and accommodating. She devoted ample time to address all our queries and ensure we had enough practical training to qualify for the Red Cross CPR Certification. We all concurred that the four hours were time well spent, and we now feel more confident to deftly handle emergency situations.
