I keep myself active by engaging in physical exercises. Specifically, I have been undergoing physical therapy for several years. I find that I excel in interpersonal settings either with a single person or a small group. I take pleasure in practicing Tai Chi Breath therapy and pranayama training, and I even incorporate them into my acro yoga sessions.
