Lehmont arrived on time and efficiently set up the massage table. He took the time to discuss my troublesome areas and what I wanted to achieve in the session, demonstrating his expertise and commitment to providing an optimal experience.
During the next 90 minutes, I was treated to an amazing deep tissue and myofascial massage. Lehmont skillfully pushed my muscles to the brink of discomfort, achieving that perfect balance of "hurts so good." After the session, all my tension and soreness disappeared entirely, leaving me feeling rejuvenated and energized enough to run a 5k.
