As a local contractor, I began my career at a young age and I have always taken great pride in my work. Hailing from Mentor, Ohio, I consider what I do to be more than just a job; it's my livelihood and a true passion. With a comprehensive portfolio of previous projects, my work speaks for itself. In addition to my skills as a general contractor, I am a licensed electrician with additional licenses in sanitary/sewer work, and I have a team of fully-qualified plumbers on staff. At my company, we strive to be your all-around contractor, employing skilled tradespeople 365 days a year. Every job is important to us, no matter the size, and all of our customers are treated with equal respect and care. Our primary goal is to provide the highest levels of customer service. We believe that when you pay for something, it should be exactly what you want - not what benefits the contractor. This is your home and your hard-earned money, so you deserve the best possible outcome.

Growing up around carpentry and construction, I saw firsthand the joy that high-quality craftsmanship can bring. Watching my father supervise the construction of Jacob's Field stadium was a formative experience for me, and I've always dreamed of being part of something equally special.

Safe Guard Renovation provided a great service. They reacted promptly to my call for a repairman, and their quotation was reasonable. The work began earlier than expected, and they built a new awning in just one day. We are pleased with the outcome of the new awning. Nonetheless, we decided to paint the two boards on our own when we repaint the security door. Dave, thank you for your help!

Finding the perfect contractor to replace my garage floor took months, but finally, I discovered Dave Rogers and Safeguard Renovations! From the moment Dave provided me with a quote, he displayed exceptional service. He and his team did an outstanding job tearing out the old garage floor and preparing it for the new one. In addition, Dave replaced the old support beam in my garage roof with a new LVL beam and removed the metal pole that had been in the middle of the garage for years, which prevented me from opening my car door without banging into it. Dave not only shored up the garage walls, but he also poured a seamless new concrete floor. The results were spectacular! Throughout the entire process, Dave kept me in the loop, worked tirelessly until the project was completed, and worked cleanly and neatly. I am beyond thrilled with the result and would hire Dave and Safeguard Renovations in a heartbeat. His work is top-notch, and I can't wait to hire him for other projects in the future. We collaborated with Dave and his team for the excavation and installation of a driveway and garage foundation. Dave provided a very reasonable original quote and was even willing to repair our damaged sidewalk and cement step at no extra cost. Additionally, he dug deeper footings than required and included the mesh upon our last-minute request. Unfortunately, heavy unexpected rainfall during the cement pour resulted in a ruined textured finish for our rental property driveway. Despite this setback, Dave took responsibility by offering a discount off our invoice and sealing the driveway with diamond sealer for free. Although the driveway did not turn out perfect due to the rain, we still give Dave and his team a 5-star rating considering their willingness to make things right.

From the beginning, Dave was exceptionally attentive and prompt. When a previous contractor disappeared, he stepped in as a savior. It was a challenging undertaking in a century-old house, but he not only resolved the issues left by the previous contractor, but also delivered a stunning bathroom addition in the attic. Moreover, he helped me complete another unit by installing a new kitchen sink, bathroom exhaust fan, tile, and countertop. I have been managing rental properties for more than 15 years and maintain my properties as if I were living in them. Dave grasps this concept and his workmanship is exceptional. Nowadays, it is difficult to find someone capable of handling various projects, and even more difficult to find someone who is always on time and meets the agreed budget. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Dave and his team again, and I have already contracted him for my next unit renovation.

Our house was painted, the back patio was replaced, and a pad was poured in front of our shed.
