During his visit this morning, Ansen demonstrated great expertise and insight. He identified and addressed specific areas of concern in a manner that was both efficient and highly professional. At Edge, we're consistently impressed by the caliber of service we receive, and Ansen's performance only reinforces our appreciation.

To begin with, it's important to note that this is an annual contract with steep penalty fees. Furthermore, it's important to note that they have a tendency to alter their "policy" without any prior notification. Lastly, it should be noted that their service comes with a premium price tag, which is 30-50% higher than their competitors. Our contract explicitly outlines that service will be provided from March to October - a period suitable for early season greening and weed control. However, after not hearing from them, I eventually reached out to enquire about the delay, only to be informed of their new policy implementation date scheduled for mid-April. Had I been informed of this policy change, I would not have agreed to the service. Unfortunately, I am now left with yellow grass and an abundance of weeds, making my lawn the eyesore of the neighborhood. I would be more than willing to display your sign, Edge, to showcase the level of service provided.

They have done an excellent job. I would contact them again if required.

It is important to have clear communication both before and after a meticulous servicing.

The individuals hired for my rat predicament were of no help as they implemented bait boxes that remained untouched. Furthermore, each staff member provided contradictory guidance. During every visit, the boxes were relocated and we were informed that it takes several months for rats to become accustomed to them. Ultimately, it was a futile endeavor that drained my finances.
