During yesterday's scheduled spray, Andrew, a technician, arrived at our house. However, my husband forgot to remove the padlock on the backyard gate. When I returned home, Andrew was about to leave in his vehicle. I was apologetic for no one being present to allow him access to the backyard. Despite this, Andrew was diligent, taking the time to retrieve his equipment from the van. He not only sprayed the backyard but also inside the house. He explained every action he was undertaking and responded to all my questions satisfactorily. His customer service orientation was a great surprise and highly appreciated. The overall effectiveness of the service is outstanding, considering that we undertook it last year when we brought our late mother-in-law's items into our basement and garage, which were riddled with spider webs. Since then, we have noticed just one spider inside, with no webs discovered in the basement or garage. We are happy that we chose Edge for our pest control needs, as opposed to other unscrupulous companies. Andrew's service yesterday was phenomenal and a cherry on top. Thank you, Andrew!
