Derek is amazing! Our piano is over 20 years old and probably has never been tuned before Derek started working on it. He arrived on time, provided helpful explanations about his planned work and presented me with options. He fixed the stuck keys and completed the job in a very short time. I strongly recommend his services (and will certainly be using them again).
