Despite their 5-star review on the app, I had a disappointing experience with this company. Their work ethics and professionalism were severely lacking.
They had assured me in the morning that my container would be delivered by 12:30, but when I called for an update, they only sent a text saying it would arrive within an hour or so. I tried to follow up at 2 pm, but was given the same response - another hour. I began to doubt if they would follow through with their commitment, and ultimately decided to cancel my service with them.
