Welcome everyone! My name is John Scruggs, and I have actively worked in the fitness industry since 2008. With personal training experience dating back to 2012, I have trained individuals with a diverse range of fitness goals - from weight loss for special events or feeling better about themselves, all the way to athletes and fitness competitors.

In January of this year, I experienced Covid pneumonia and, in response, I decided to look for a personal trainer. S-Fit appeared on my feed and I reached out to John. John is an exceptional trainer with a wealth of knowledge and a willingness to assist. His ability to illustrate the body's reaction during and after a training session is impressive. He also offers invaluable guidance for maintaining correct posture throughout different workouts, which I desperately need as my form is not up to par. Additionally, he is a skilled listener and communicator. Although I have only recently started training with him, I am eager to continue my journey towards improved health under his guidance.

Training with John was an amazing experience. His approach strikes a perfect balance between motivation and pressure because, without it, I'd scarcely move a muscle.
