It's hard to overstate how impressed I am by William and his team. From our very first meeting, he was always on time and incredibly responsive. I provided William with a laundry list of small and large projects I wanted to tackle, and he returned with a detailed itemized list of what could be done based on my budget and priorities. This was a game changer for me, as I was able to knock out smaller tasks while also taking on larger ones as I saw fit.
One of the best things about working with William is his pricing. In most cases, he includes the cost of materials, which is a huge help. I never feel like I'm being taken advantage of or being charged for every little thing. He's also incredibly knowledgeable about all of the projects he takes on, and he's always happy to explain things in detail. It's clear that he treats every job as if he were doing it for his own home, and he always takes great care to get the job done right the first time.
Another area where William really shines is his attention to cleanliness. He always cleans up after himself, and he's happy to use any supplies you have on hand if it means getting the job done right. So far, he's tackled a number of projects for me, including replacing all of the outdoor light fixtures, installing a new ceiling fan in my bedroom, fixing my kitchen sink, and even repairing some wood and siding on the back of my house. He's also done an excellent job cleaning out my gutters, which had caused some issues in the past.
Overall, I couldn't be happier with the work William has done for me so far, and I know I can count on him for all of my future "honey-do" projects.
