With 9 years of experience, I am a certified personal trainer. My degree in exercise science was obtained from TNTech and I am now 30 years old. Additionally, I am certified in smart fitness, as well as CPR, first aid, and AED through ACSM. I have honed my skills and have successfully trained individuals ranging from 12 to 87 years old.

During one of the lowest points in my personal life, I began training with Ryne. Although life wasn't particularly difficult, I was very critical of myself and unhappy with the state of my body.
