With 5,000+ sessions serviced, I have also been a former Personal Trainer at ARC/SDSU, MASTER TRAINER at 24 Hour Fitness, and ELITE TRAINER at Fit Athletic.

I do not believe in shortcuts and am highly versatile in creating dynamic workouts. I always come prepared and execute at 100%, using a root problem-solving approach instead of merely treating symptoms. My ultimate goal is to inspire individuals to lead extraordinary lives through a lifestyle of consistent focus and action.
