I paid a deposit for a surprise engagement photoshoot, but unfortunately we had to cancel due to the cold, snowy weather. Despite this, I want to commend Lisa for her exceptional professionalism. She not only waived the cancellation fee for me, but for all her clients experiencing the same issue. As a result, I told her to keep my deposit. It's rare to find individuals who prioritize their reputation and professional integrity over monetary gain. I'll certainly remember Lisa for my upcoming wedding in California.
