With forty years of experience in the field, I have mastered the art of tuning and restoring pianos. I have had the privilege of concert tuning and preparing pianos for some of the greatest pianists of all time, including Michael Ponti, Oscar Peterson, Dave Brubeck, and countless others. I have also tuned pianos for numerous professional recordings. In addition, I have worked for twenty five years as a piano and keyboard technician at UCSC's Music Department. I have received training from renowned institutions and experts such as Steinway, Yamaha, and various PTG state and national conventions. Russell provided excellent service. Our piano had not been played or tuned for over 20 years, and with two kids growing up, it had sustained some rough treatment.
