While the personnel were amiable, the workmanship was quite inferior. Our cabinet project's paint job was atrocious, with paint drips everywhere, and overspray on the wall. Upon witnessing the unsatisfactory job, we had to finish cleaning up and add the finishing ourselves. What should have taken us a week became a month-long task that was not finished. The contractor seemed to work sporadically and was likely unaware of the effort required. Either he should have managed his time properly or may not have had experience with such work. The service was highly unsatisfactory, and we felt greatly disappointed.

I've faced rejection and ghosting from a number of contractors and handymen while attempting to get my block wall repaired. I wonder if my project was considered too insignificant or if they simply lacked motivation. Over the last two years, I faced difficulty finding someone willing to take on the job, and those who did respond were unable to schedule me for four months out. However, Josh was an exception. He was prompt with communication, kept his commitment to show up, labored diligently, and did a wonderful job at repair. I highly recommend him and intend to use his services again. My only reservation is that he might soon become too highly sought-after to take on more projects, given his exceptional abilities.
