To prepare your property for lease, we evaluate it in person, via video call, phone or any other means that meets your schedule demanding. After thorough evaluation, we make recommendations and coordinate the completion of any maintenance or repair items of the property based on your approval using qualified vendors to guarantee perfect results.
We advertise all listings on various sites, including Multiple Listing Services (MLS), Yahoo, MSN and more, using custom-designed Email Marketing Campaigns to keep real estate agents informed of your property's availability. There are no upfront costs for marketing your property.
We determine the optimal monthly rental amount for your property through a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) that utilizes a wide range of professional resources.
Our team thoroughly reviews the rental and credit history of each prospective tenant, including previous evictions, broken leases, and criminal background checks. We review credit status and verify current employment and income, as well as contact applicants' previous landlords to verify payment history and property condition.
We prepare rental and lease agreements and can customize them based on each property's unique criteria. We collect the first month's rent and security deposit in the form of a cashier's check or certified funds before your tenant's move-in.
After your tenant's move-in, we have them complete and sign a "Statement of Condition" report to verify the property's condition. We also instruct tenants on rental payment terms and required property maintenance.
For maintenance and repairs, we use our network of maintenance vendors to provide high-quality services timely, excluding any inflated rates charged by other maintenance companies. Working closely with RPPM, they always perform maintenance on your property at the first available time.
